Global Warming?!

Well, I woke up this morning to see that it was a freezing temperature of about 32 degrees. I was wishing I could just stay in bed all day and wait until it got a little warmer. Luckily my coach was smart enough to move practice until the afternoon. We only have one on Wednesday and he did not want us all to freeze so he moved it back until 1 p.m. which believe me it still felt freezing to me. A few of the swimmers and I were laughing because if global warming is happening then we are missing it. This weather is supposed to stay up north, I grew up in Indiana and this is the type of weather that I grew used to. But once I came down here to the "warm" sunny Florida I got used to that weather..and really I can not stand the cold anymore! I am just hoping this cold weather will go away very soon because to tell you the truth I do not like swimming outside when it is so windy and cold.
But on a brighter side we have about 42 days until Nationals and I am getting very excited about that. Even though we will be going someplace that is even colder, oh well. At least when we go there we can miss school for a full week. That's all I got right now, I hope everyone is staying warm or at least trying to stay warm!
