SL Scavenger Hunt

SL makes me extremely frustrated. At first when I made an account I thought to myself, "Oh sweet, it's like a computer game", that is not how I feel at all anymore. Trying to find the items on the scavenger hunt list made me want to scream, not because it was hard to find them but because every time I would be so close to "teleporting" to my next destination my computer would freeze or it would take a good five minutes for me to go to another destination. I know the most enjoyable part of SL was when I was at the Botanical Gardens, this was my very first stop. This spot was very relaxing, and it made me think that the scavenger hunt would be an easy thing with no troubles whatsoever, boy was I wrong! The LOLO Pet Shop was a little odd and kinda freaked me out, especially with the music they were playing. I did however interact with some other avatars; I asked for help of how to do things, the ones I talked to had no idea any of the answers. The avatars I chatted with (which was only 2) both told me they signed up for SL about a year ago and have not been on until today, so needless to say they were no help. I just hope that as the semester goes on I will learn more about SL!!
